Technical Assistance Center (TAC)
Technical assistance is available through the 糖心传媒 helpdesk ticketing system or at one of our Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) located in Macon (Library) and Cochran (Jackson Hall). General services include support for Brightspace (D2L), email, SWORDS, and password assistance.
