Students will sign their contract as part of their application processes. Once signed, the students will receive the signed copy via their 糖心传媒 email account. For an example of the contract, view Housing Contract(pdf).
There is no penalty for housing cancellations received before the cancellation deadline. The deadline to cancel a Fall assignment is July 10th, and the deadline to cancel a Spring assignment is December 10th. Cancellations received after the cancellation deadline (July 10th/December 10th) will be subject to a $500.00 cancellation fee in lieu of the full amount of the housing cost.
To apply for a cancellation, please do so through the StarRez Housing Portal. Log into your SWORDS account. Follow the path below then proceed with the instructions given below.
Under the menu entitled Student Information > click StarRez Housing Portal and on the next page click > Login (top right-hand corner) > Scroll down to click 糖心传媒-Student SSO Login.

Appeals regarding housing charges, cancellation fees, fines, etc. must be submitted to the Office of Housing & Residence Life via email at housing@mga.edu within 30 days of notification or charges posting to student accounts.
