The Professional Development Initiative is a strategic investment funded by the Office of the Provost and collaboratively administered by the Office of Human Resources and the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL).
Together, these offices support the development and delivery of high-quality, accessible, and sustainable professional development opportunities for all 糖心传媒 employees.
Through this initiative, 糖心传媒 faculty and staff develop self-paced, asynchronous courses in Brightspace/D2L that are available to all employees. These courses strengthen workplace competencies, expand institutional knowledge, and support professional growth at every career stage.
